EQUIPMENT RENTAL INFORMATION

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. Rental duration is 1x (one times) event and/or according to the agreement and stated on the invoice (receipt and delivery note are also attached).
2. Cancellation of rental 3 days before the event will be subject to cancellation fee of 30% from the total order and cancellation rental on the day of the event (1 x 24 hours) will be charge to cancellation fee of 100% from the total order.
3. Consumers are required to fill out a rental form.
4. Consumers are willing to agree to, comply with and implement the rules, conditions and rental agreements..
5. Consumers are required to provide a valid and current identity card as a supplement to the rental documents (example : KTP / SIM / PASSPORT).
BOOKING STEPS :
1. Choose the equipment that you desire.
2. Contact our staff and ask about the availability of equipment you choose.
3. Fill out the form, agree to the rules and rental agreement.
4. Make down payment 50% from the total order.
5. We have confirmed your equipment and order according to your desired ordering schedule.
INFORMATION AND ADDITIONAL NOTES :
1. Our crew does not wait for rented equipment during the event, except for package pick-up or by agreement.
2. FREE delivery, installation and pick up of rental equipment for all areas of South Denpasar, Sanur, Serangan, Jimbaran, Kuta Beach, Kerobokan, Seminyak and Canggu. Other than the mentioned areas will be charged additional fees as agreed.
3. Please provide information if you need additional equipment or accessories such as cables, stands, etc.

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN SEWA-MENYEWA :
1. Durasi sewa-menyewa adalah 1x (satu kali) acara dan/atau sesuai perjanjian dan tertera pada invoice (terlampir juga tanda terima dan surat jalan).
2. Pembatalan sewa-menyewa 3 hari sebelum acara dikenakan biaya pembatalan 30% dari total pesanan dan pembatalan sewa-menyewa pada hari acara (1 x 24 jam) dikenakan biaya pembatalan 100% dari total pesanan.
3. Penyewa bersedia mengisi formulir sewa-menyewa.
4. Penyewa bersedia menyetujui, mematuhi dan menjalankan peraturan, ketentuan dan perjanjian sewa-menyewa.
5. Penyewa bersedia memberikan kartu identitas sah dan masih berlaku sebagai pelengkap dokumen sewa-menyewa (seperti : KTP / SIM / PASPOR).
LANGKAH PEMESANAN :
1. Tentukan peralatan yang ingin anda sewa.
2. Hubungi staff kami dan tanyakan ketersediaan peralatan yang anda inginkan.
3. Mengisi formulir, menyetujui peraturan dan perjanjian sewa-menyewa.
4. Membayar uang muka (dp) 50% dari total pesanan.
5. Peralatan dan pesanan anda telah kami konfirmasi sesuai dengan jadwal pemesanan yang anda inginkan.
INFORMASI DAN CATATAN TAMBAHAN :
1. Crew kami tidak menunggu peralatan yang disewa selama acara berlangsung, kecuali untuk pengambilan paket atau ada perjanjian.
2. GRATIS pengiriman, pemasangan dan penjemputan peralatan sewa untuk area seluruh area Denpasar Selatan, Sanur, Serangan, Jimbaran, Pantai Kuta, Kerobokkan, Seminyak dan Canggu. selain dari area yang disebutkan akan di kenakan biaya tambahan sesuai kesepakatan.
3. Berikan informasi jika anda membutuhkan perlengkapan alat atau aksesories tambahan seperti kabel, stands, dan setara.
