RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. Rental duration is 1x (one times) event and/or according to the agreement and stated on the invoice (receipt and delivery note are also attached).
2. Cancellation of rental 3 days before the event will be subject to cancellation fee of 30% from the total order and cancellation rental on the day of the event (1 x 24 hours) will be charge to cancellation fee of 100% from the total order.
3. Consumers are required to fill out a rental form.
4. Consumers are willing to agree to, comply with and implement the rules, conditions and rental agreements..
5. Consumers are required to provide a valid and current identity card as a supplement to the rental documents (example : KTP / SIM / PASSPORT).

BOOKING STEPS :
1. Choose the equipment that you desire.
2. Contact our staff and ask about the availability of equipment you choose.
3. Fill out the form, agree to the rules and rental agreement.
4. Make down payment 50% from the total order.
5. We have confirmed your equipment and order according to your desired ordering schedule.

INFORMATION AND ADDITIONAL NOTES :
1. Our crew does not wait for rented equipment during the event, except for package pick-up or by agreement.
2. FREE delivery, installation and pick up of rental equipment for all areas of South Denpasar, Sanur, Serangan, Jimbaran, Kuta Beach, Kerobokan, Seminyak and Canggu. Other than the mentioned areas will be charged additional fees as agreed.
3. Please provide information if you need additional equipment or accessories such as cables, stands, etc.
